4700 Wissahickon Ave is a brand new space designed to continue the work of gospel renewal and building gospel community for all generations in a safe discipleship-friendly environment.

Helpful notes

  • The “North” entrance via Route 1 and Fox Street is off of W Abbottsford Ave.
  • The “East” entrance is on Roberts Ave.

Roxborough and Manayunk

  • Take Henry Avenue toward Route 1. Turn left at Roberts Ave. The “East” entrance will be on the left.
  • Alternative: Take Ridge Avenue, then turn left to Route 1 North. Exit onto Wissahickon Ave, then take W Abbottsford Ave to the “North” entrance on the right.

Montgomery County and Route 309

  • Take 309 South to Lincoln Dr via Cresheim Valley Rd. Turn right at W Cliveden St, then left at Wissahickon Ave. Turn right on Roberts Ave to the “East” entrance on the right.
  • Take 309 South to W Allens Ln via Cresheim Valley Rd. W Allens Ln curves into Wissahickon Ave. Proceed and make a right onto Roberts Ave to the “East” entrance on the right.
  • Alternative: Take 309 South, turn left onto Cheltenham Ave, then right onto S Broad St. Take the exit for Route 1 South. Exit at Fox Street and turn left. Then turn left onto W Abbottsford Ave to the “North” entrance on the right.

King of Prussia (KOP) and Conshohocken

  • Take 76 East to the Route 1 North exit. Take the Wissahickon Ave exit, then take W Abbottsford Ave to the “North” entrance on the right.

Main Line and City Ave

  • Take City Ave to 76 East to the Route 1 North exit. Take the Wissahickon Ave exit, then take W Abbottsford Ave to the “North” entrance on the right.

University City, West Philly, Fairmount, Center City, and South Philly

  • Take 76 West to the Route 1 North exit. Take the Wissahickon Ave exit, then take W Abbottsford Ave to the “North” entrance on the right.

Northeast Philly

  • Take Route 1 South. Exit at Fox Street and turn left. Then turn left onto W Abbottsford Ave to the “North” entrance on the right.

North Philly

  • Take N Broad St to the Route 1 South exit. Exit at Fox Street and turn left. Then turn left onto W Abbottsford Ave to the “North” entrance on the right.

What are the Sunday service times at the new location?

Our Sunday service times will remain unchanged from our usual 9:30 AM and 11:30 AM services.

Is the new location accessible by public transportation?

Yes! The new building is accessible via SEPTA. We’ll share exact directions, nearest stops, and walk times soon.

Answers for College Students

Will Metro still provide rides or carpools for students?

Yes. We’re coordinating rides and carpool schedules with student leaders. We will provide this information shortly.

Are there hangout or study spaces at the new building for college students?

Yes! The new space has more room, and we’re setting aside areas specifically for community, prayer, and fellowship.

Can I still serve in the same Sunday roles (e.g., worship, AV, ushering)?

Absolutely. In fact, with the new space, we’ll need even more help—especially from students!

Answers for Parents

How will the children's Sunday School function in the new location?

The children's program will be available for the 11:30 AM service, with full security access, cameras, and trained leaders in the newly-dedicated "children's wing" of the building.

Will classroom environments change for my child?

Yes, the spaces will be newer, larger, and more secure. We’ll share pictures and walkthroughs so your children know what to expect.

What safety protocols will be in place for kids?

The new building includes secure access points and updated emergency systems. Our volunteers are trained on all new procedures.

Will nursery care still be available?

Yes, there is a new nursery facility with a one-way window to the main sanctuary (with TV) for worship, a dedicated private space for feeding/nursing, and baby-changing stations in both the nursery and all bathrooms.
