ADVENT
At Metro
The story of Christmas doesn’t begin in Bethlehem, but with generations of longing, promise, and waiting. This Advent, we follow that story again, seeing how every moment leads to Christ, the Arrival of the King who enters our world with truth and grace.

The Good News
What Is the Gospel?
At Christmas, Christians remember a simple, stunning truth:
The Light came for us.
Jesus stepped into our night,
not to judge from a distance,
but to draw near,
to carry our burdens,
and to heal what we could not.
The gospel is the good news that in Him,
God offers grace instead of shame,
hope instead of despair,
and life that begins now and lasts forever.
This is a gift, not a reward.
Offered freely.
Received with open hands.
If you are exploring faith or wondering
what Christmas is really all about,
we invite you to start here.
